Who Is Omni-man

  

Omni-Man is a superhero from an alien race called the Viltrumites. He comes to Earth and takes on the identity of Nolan Grayson, a mild-mannered husband and father who becomes the world's greatest hero. He is known for his incredible strength, durability, flight, and other powers.

Throughout the series, Omni-Man is shown to be a complex and morally ambiguous character. He is fiercely protective of his family and his adopted planet, but is also willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the survival and dominance of his own species.

As the series progresses, it is revealed that the Viltrumites are an incredibly powerful and warlike race that seeks to conquer and dominate other planets. Omni-Man's true mission on Earth is to prepare it for invasion and conquest by his own people.

Despite his loyalty to his own race, Omni-Man becomes increasingly conflicted as he develops strong emotional connections with the people of Earth, especially his son Mark, who also becomes a superhero known as Invincible.

Eventually, Omni-Man's true nature is exposed, and he is forced to confront his son in a brutal and devastating battle. In the end, Omni-Man is defeated and imprisoned, but the emotional scars of his betrayal remain for all involved.

The character has been adapted into an animated series of the same name on Amazon Prime Video, with some differences in the plot and characterizations from the comics.
